- Users (including, but not limited to, readers, contributors, writers, and photographers) shall abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services.
Cebu 361 grants Users a limited, nonexclusive, and non-transferable right under Cebu 361's intellectual property rights to copy, display, distribute, perform, and create derivative works of the Content solely for non-commercial use with proper attribution and links to the original content.

Cebu 361 has no special relationship with the User. The User acknowledges that Cebu 361 has no control over :
- which Users gain access to the Blog;
- what Content the User accesses via the Blog;
- what effects the Content may have on the User;
- how the User may interpret or use the Content or
- what actions the User may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content.
Cebu 361 will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Blog.
Restrictions
The blog User is responsible for all activity in connection with the Services and accessing the Blog. Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of the User's right to Services or access the Blog.
The use of the Blog or Services to violate the security of any computer network, crack security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal materials, including those that are deemed threatening or obscene, or engage in any kind of illegal activity is expressly prohibited.
